Advantages
An alternative way to obtain a Green Card through business
No requirements to prove the source of funds
In the case of a change of status within the USA, the applicant receives work authorization and permission to leave while the petition is under review

- The company has 15+ employees under the petitioner's supervision
- Employees receive an official salary
- Employee salaries are not below the minimum income level
- Employees work a minimum of 35 hours per week
- The company has a three-level management structure: leader → managers → operational/administrative employees
- The company is profitable
- The affiliated company must acquire a company in the USA that has been in active operation for at least 1 year
- The company in the USA should have 8+ employees, with 2-3 of them reporting to the petitioner
- A three-tier management structure
- The annual profit of this company should be around $70,000
