Investments from $150 thousand and confirmation of the legality of funds with documents. The U.S. authorities want to ensure that the money you're investing in their economy has been earned through honest means or gifted, with taxes duly paid

At the time of visa application, 70% of the investments should already be committed to: website, rent, vehicle, internet, advertising, salaries, and more

A developed 5-year business plan is required: Demonstrate how the company will grow, the number of employees you plan to hire, revenue projections, and more
