Application Procedure

Steps for Visa Application

Contract Signing

After qualifying for the visa through a Free Evaluation and Complex Immigration Planning, we sign a 6-month contract

Submitting a Petition

Filing Form I-140 Petition

Receive an interview invitation (if not in the U.S.)

Interview at the embassy after 9 months

Change of status (if in the U.S.)

Once your visa is approved, proceed with the change of status process

Green Card activation (if not in the U.S.)

If staying not in the U.S.:
Enter the U.S. within 6 months to activate the visa (receive the Green Card)

If staying in the U.S.:
Green Card will arrive 2-4 months after petition approval
